Electrician£39,393 per annumCliftonPermanent, Full Time - 37 hours per weekAs part of our Property Services Team, you will provide electrical maintenance for NCHA''s tenants and external customers in line with NCHA''s vision of "More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives".The main duties and responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to:Organising and carrying out the design, installation, maintenance, testing and repair work of electrical systems for the Association''s managed properties, housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.Managing stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.Completing and returning documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records relating to testing electrical installations etc.Identifying customer needs and co-ordinating the services of other trades/working with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.Understand your responsibilities under Health and Safety legislation; ensuring that all activities are discharged in a safe manner and risks are minimized at all times.Provide relief cover for colleagues and participate in the standby/call-out rota to cover emergency breakdowns.Please refer to the role profile for more information.What we are looking forWe would like to hear from you if you are able deliver an ..... full job details .....
