This is a varied role involving the delivery of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical repairs across a portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe and efficient electrical systems while providing a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Attend reactive maintenance callouts and complete first-fix repairs where possible. Identify faults and assess repair requirements. Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules. Complete repairs arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Produce minor works certification where required. Maintain accurate and auditable maintenance records. Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and procedures.
