Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting experienced Electricians to join a leading social housing repairs and maintenance team in Moulsecoomb. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified electricians looking for a long-term role delivering high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and compliance works within the social housing sector.Working across occupied and void properties, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a safe, reliable, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical repairs, maintenance, installations, testing, and inspections within social housing properties.Deliver works in line with current Building Regulations, NICEIC requirements, and Health and Safety legislation.Complete electrical testing, fault finding, inspections, surveys, and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, aiming for first-time fixes wherever possible.Complete digital work orders, reports, and certification accurately and within required timescales.Work safely in occupied and void properties.Support larger projects and work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades.Mentor junior technicians and support their development where required.Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.Maintain vehicle stock, tools, equipment, and materials effectively.Essential QualificationsElectrical InstallationCandidates must hold one of the ..... full job details .....
