The successful candidate will be available at short notice and have experience working within social housing. You must hold a full UK driving licence, as a company van and fuel card will be provided. Pay Rate: £32.00 per hour Umbrella (42.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm You will be required to: Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, including both occupied and void properties. Complete electrical repairs, EICRs, testing and inspection, and associated remedial works. Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. Attend and complete appointments as scheduled. Accurately complete certification and compliance documentation. Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
