The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible. This vacancy will be covering Portsmouth & the surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week, and there is a requirement to cover out of hours callout on a rota basis which offers an additional payment. Essential experience: You must be fully qualified and able to demonstrate competence within the primary trade. Experience of working in a customer focused environment and ideally within the social housing sector, where you have delivered a great service. Proven ability to work methodically, achieve targets, follow agreed procedures and accurately record information.
