Electrician

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham W6 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (42.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute break) An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrician to join a Social Housing contractor. The role involves working within both void and occupied properties, carrying out repairs, maintenance, testing, and certification work. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.Complete EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports).Undertake testing and provide NICEIC certification.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Attend scheduled appointments and effectively manage workloads.Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota when required.Essential QualificationsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).2391 or 2395 Inspection and Testing qualification.RequirementsPrevious experience working within social housing.Available to start at short notice.Full UK Driving Licence.Ability to obtain a UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate.Ability to pass a Basic DBS Check.What''s IncludedCompany van.Fuel card.This role would suit a qualified electrician with social housing experience who is looking for a well-paid temporary position with immediate start potential. ..... full job details .....
