The Opportunity

We are recruiting Electricians to join our client''s award-winning manufacturing team in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the construction of world-renowned luxury yachts.

Candidates with experience in electrical installation, manufacturing, construction, marine engineering, or a recognised electrical qualification are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrician, your duties will include:

• Installing trunking and conduit systems
• Wiring AC and DC electrical systems and appliances
• Manufacturing and installing wiring looms to build specifications
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
• Supporting the delivery of bespoke customer requirements across a premium product range
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety

Working Hours



Day Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 15:30

Night Shift

• Monday to Thursday

• 18:00 - 04:00

• Weekend overtime opportunities available

Your Pay

• -15.50 - -16.53 per hour PAYE + 30 days holiday

OR

• -17.52 - -18.69 per hour (Advanced Holiday Pay)

Overtime

• Paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate
