Electrician

To carry out industrial electrical installation works on the MOD Cornwall Street, Morgans Project in accordance with project specifications, current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation, and company procedures. The role requires a high standard of workmanship, a strong safety culture, and the ability to work effectively as part of a site team.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall industrial electrical containment systems, including tray, basket, trunking, conduit, and cable ladder.Install, terminate, and test power, lighting, and control cabling.Install electrical equipment including distribution boards, switchgear, control panels, motors, and associated accessories.Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and installation specifications.Carry out electrical installations in accordance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), project specifications, and manufacturer requirements.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.Complete installation works within agreed project timescales.Identify and report defects, design issues, and safety concerns to the site supervisor.Maintain good housekeeping standards within work areas.Participate in toolbox talks, site briefings, and safety inspections.Work collaboratively with other trades and subcontractors to support project delivery.Accurately complete required site documentation, permits, and inspection records.Essential RequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or ..... full job details .....
