Location: Company based in Milton Keynes (work remote though) Travel: Bedfordshire and London Salary: up to 55k Type: Permanent Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrician, ideally Approved, with a strong background working within data centre environments, LV switch rooms, and critical electrical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems across data centres and similar high-spec environments throughout the South of England. This role would suit a highly competent electrician who is confident working on complex electrical distribution systems, understands critical power environments Key Responsibilities Installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems within data centres and LV switch rooms Working on low voltage distribution systems, switchgear, and distribution boards Carrying out inspection, testing, and fault finding to BS7671 standards Completing EICRs, certification, and test documentation Working from electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures at all times Liaising with project managers, site teams, and clients Supporting maintenance and upgrade works on critical infrastructure Essential Requirements Fully qualified Electrician AM2 / AM2S qualification City and Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing) or equivalent Strong experience within data centres, LV switch rooms, or critical ..... full job details .....
