Electrician

Electrician Electrician needed on a permanent basis in Peterborough, close to Stamford, Huntingdon, Spalding, March and Grantham. We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading facilities and engineering team on a permanent basis, covering MOD and secure sites across the eastern region. This is a mobile role with a 37-hour working week, plenty of downtime between planned tasks and a strong work-life balance. The successful Electrician will predominantly be responsible for electrical testing, including EICRs, PAT testing and LPS testing, alongside escorting subcontractors and supporting occasional small electrical installation projects. Duties: Carry out electrical testing including EICRs, PAT testing and LPS testing across MOD and secure sites. Escort and supervise subcontractors on site, ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standards. Complete electrical maintenance and minor remedial works where required. Support occasional small electrical installation projects, with overtime available when additional works are required. Complete relevant paperwork, reports and documentation following completed works and site visits. Requirements: Gold Card with 2391 Qualification Previous experience working within commercial, industrial, facilities management or similar environments.
