      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role Title -  Electrical Engineer   Role Level  S3 Engineer   Location  London 1 BG   Main Duties and Responsibilities   Role Overview  To support the Supervisor and the CDM in delivering best-in-class engineering services, achieving 100% uptime while meeting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules in line with contractual obligations. This role is responsible for directing effective corrective maintenance, planning for Critical Environment and Risk Management, and driving industry-leading standards. The primary objectives focus on service delivery, quality, and performance that underpin both JLL WPM and JLL''s vision for engineering excellence.
