Electrician

Electrician required for a permanent role in Essex and surrounding counties for a leading retail company, carrying out all facilities management work. What is required for the position?Tickets: Either hold a ECS gold card + 18th edition or have completed level 3 NVQ with a AM2 qualificationPASMA (tower scaffolding trained) - Preferable.Experience: Must have 3+ years'' experience working as a Electrician on other construction projectsReferences: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references as a Electrician. The role:Responsible for the installation and repair of electrical power systems in buildings and associated external areas. Their main duties include planning the layout of electrical wiring, diagnosing electrical problems and conducting general electrical maintenance across the stores, Support Centre offices and distribution warehouses as directed by the Electrical Manager. Undertaking periodic statutory inspections, identifying and completing remedial works to ensure all installations are safe and fit for purpose in accordance with current legislation. Complete new electrical installations for new stores working alongside shop fit contractors.
