ElectricianLocation: London and South EastSalary: 43,000 + Company Van and Fuel CardWe are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit a skilled Electrician to join a newly created Support Team.The team has been established to provide additional support across several high-priority contracts throughout London and the South East. As part of this team, you will work across different contracts and locations, providing electrical maintenance and support where required.This is a varied role suited to an experienced Electrician who is comfortable working across different environments and adapting to changing requirements.Key Responsibilities:Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance across residential and communal propertiesProvide electrical support across multiple contracts throughout London and the South EastRespond to high-priority works and assist contracts where additional support is requiredComplete multiple jobs efficiently, safely and to a high standardDiagnose electrical faults and carry out appropriate remedial worksEnsure all work complies with current electrical, health and safety and compliance requirementsProvide a professional and respectful service to residents and clientsAccurately update job details using PDA/job scheduling systemsWork flexibly across different locations and contracts as requiredParticipate in a call-out rotaQualifications and Experience Required:NVQ Level 3 Electrical ..... full job details .....
