Job: Electrician - Responsive Repairs and MaintenanceLocation: Stratford-upon-Avon and surroundingSalary: 37,440 + van and fuel card We are currently recruiting for a permanent Electrician to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across a portfolio of social housing properties in Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas.The role involves travelling between properties, so a full UK driving licence is essential. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical repairs, maintenance and testing works, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm On-Call: Approximately 1 week in every 5-6 weeks, with additional payment provided Package: Competitive salary, company van, fuel card and power toolsKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.Complete work efficiently and aim to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible.Install, maintain, repair, inspect and test electrical systems and equipment in accordance with current IET Wiring Regulations.Complete electrical installation work and accurately produce the required electrical certificates and reports.Undertake EICRs and any associated remedial works.Respond to reactive maintenance requests in line with the required specifications and timescales.Identify when additional trades are required and communicate this to the relevant supervisor.Work ..... full job details .....
