Your new company You''ll be working with an established housing and property maintenance provider delivering electrical repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout the Leeds area. Due to increased workload, they are looking to add an experienced electrician to their maintenance team.Your new role As an Electrician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and testing across occupied and void social housing properties.Your duties will include:Carrying out responsive electrical repairsFault finding and diagnosing electrical issuesCompleting electrical installations and remedial worksReplacing sockets, switches, light fittings and other electrical componentsWorking within kitchens and bathrooms where requiredCompleting works in occupied and void propertiesEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardProviding a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenants'' homesCompleting relevant paperwork and job documentationWhat you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you will need previous experience working within social housing or domestic property maintenance.You will also ideally have:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification18th Edition qualificationPrevious social housing electrical maintenance experienceStrong fault-finding and repair experienceExperience working in occupied propertiesFull UK driving licenceGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to ..... full job details .....
