Their in-house Repairs and Maintenance team plays a crucial role in ensuring customers feel safe, supported and proud of their homes.This opportunity sits within their South Patch, covering Leicestershire, Coventry, Hinckley and Northampton, supporting both occupied and empty (void) properties.Your new role Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum + Company Vehicle and FuelHours: 39 per weekContract: PermanentAs an Electrician, you''ll be carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, installations and safety checks to ensure customers'' homes meet the highest standards and comply with the latest IET Wiring Regulations.Your work will include:Repairs and Maintenance (Occupied and Void Homes)Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in kitchens, bathrooms and general living areas.Replacing accessories such as sockets, switches, extractor fans and lighting fittings.Rewiring individual circuits or full-property rewires in empty homes.Installing and maintaining smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms.Upgrading consumer units/ distribution boards.Electrical work associated with kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms refurbishments.Fault-finding on circuits, appliances and property-wide electrical systems.Ensuring properties are safe and fully compliant following ..... full job details .....
