Due to ongoing growth and new site openings, they are strengthening their Facilities team and are now seeking experienced Electricians to support multiple locations across London and the South of England.Your new roleAs an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering electrical maintenance and installation works across both existing and new sites. This is a mobile, home based role covering Greater London, with regular regional travel and occasional travel further afield.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, testing, and installationsSupporting electrical fit outs of new sites and refurbishmentsEnsuring all works comply with current electrical regulations and standardsCompleting planned and reactive maintenance tasksAssisting and liaising with subcontractors attending siteManaging inspection, testing, and certification recordsCompleting periodic inspection and testing to ensure complianceUndertaking PAT testing and managing associated documentationTesting emergency lighting, generators, and associated systemsRaising material requisitions and maintaining accurate stock recordsExecuting work schedules efficiently ..... full job details .....
