Job Title: ElectricianHead Office Location: Brindley Place, BirminghamJob Location: ChippenhamSalary - Circa 40,000 (+ van provided) per annumContract type - PermanentWorking hours - Full Time (39 hours per week)Interview Date - TBCAbout the roleYou will ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard.You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, EICR s Inspection and Testing including remedial installation work in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.You will be undertaking a range of planned, void or maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard, in line with the role skills framework.You will complete works in conjunction with all health and safety procedures, policies and legislation.You will efficiently and deliver high standards of quality.You will be attending emergency electrical repairs.Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed.
