You''ll be out on the road across the region of East Anglia, making a real difference to people''s homes by carrying out expert electrical repairs and installations.We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.A lot of our roles come with options around home and office flexible working, as well as a generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.RequirementsOutline of key responsibilities Diagnose and resolve electrical faults effectively, with a strong focus on first-time fixes to minimise disruption to residentsWhere additional works are identified, clearly communicate the scope, timescales, and materials required to ensure a smooth customer experienceCarry out minor works across associated trades as required, or as directed by your line managerPlan and manage your workload effectively to meet target timescales and deliver a responsive serviceMaintain appropriate van stock levels to ensure you have the right materials on hand to complete jobs efficientlyCarry out inspection and testing of domestic properties in line with current ..... full job details .....
