Salary: £40-41K + Company Van and Fuel card and Tool Allowance

The Role:

You''ll be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations across domestic properties. You''ll work independently while contributing to a wider maintenance team and ensuring that all works meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Duties Include:

• Fault finding on single andamp; three-phase installations

• Testing and inspection

• Completion of electrical installation certificates and condition reports

• Portable appliance testing

• Shower and immersion heater installations

• Wiring domestic heating controls

• Electric heating replacements and general electrical installations

You will also be expected to maintain van stock, complete all necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
