Electrician Umbrella Rate: £26.28 per hour Location: Rochdale Job Type: Contract Managed Property Services (MPS) is seeking an Electrician to join our reactive and planned maintenance team. This role involves providing high-quality building maintenance services through Rochdale Borough Council. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out various electrical installations and repairs efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring compliance with customer and contract requirements. Day-to-day of the role: Carry out electrical installations and repairs within set timescales. Ensure all work is completed with a high regard for customer care and meets high standards of workmanship. Demonstrate efficiency and compliance with all customer and contract requirements. Work as part of a team to provide a responsive and effective building maintenance service. Required Skills and Qualifications: City and Guilds Electrical Theory Parts 1 and 2, NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, or equivalent. Extensive work experience in the electrical trade. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to customer service and quality of work.
