ElectricianFortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their growing team working in and around Guildford. This is a permanent role offering stability, varied work and the opportunity to work on a long-term social housing maintenance contract. The Role:- Carry out electrical testing and inspection works within occupied and void residential properties- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults and complete reactive maintenance repairs- Undertake domestic rewires, consumer unit upgrades and electrical installations- Carry out electrical works to kitchens, bathrooms and domestic heating systems- Respond quickly to emergency and reactive repair requests- Complete all works to a high standard with a right first time approach- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements- Keep tenants updated on progress and planned works- Complete accurate job records where required- Participate in an out of hours call out rota What We''re Looking For:- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation- City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection or equivalent- City and Guilds 2382 Wiring Regulations qualification- Experience working within social housing, responsive repairs or building maintenance- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills- Self-motivated with good workload ..... full job details .....
