The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), remedial works and reactive electrical repairs across residential properties. This is a field-based role, requiring a professional and customer-focused approach when working in tenants'' homes.A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.Key Responsibilities Carry out EICRs in domestic social housing properties. Complete electrical remedial works identified during inspections. Undertake reactive electrical repairs and fault finding. Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely. Ensure all electrical work is completed in accordance with current regulations and industry standards. Complete electrical testing, inspection and certification accurately. Work safely and maintain high standards of workmanship. Liaise professionally with tenants, clients and colleagues. Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used.
