Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out electrical installations, planned maintenance and responsive repairs to domestic and commercial properties. Undertake rewiring, upgrades, minor electrical repairs and fault finding. Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and required repairs or replacements. Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate test equipment and make systems safe where required. Test, record and certify electrical works in accordance with current wiring regulations and relevant British Standards. Work safely and effectively both independently and as part of a team. Follow all Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, method statements and company policies. Maintain company-issued plant, equipment and materials, ordering replacements when required.
