Join an established building services company as a Lead Electrician where you''ll lead a dedicated team while advancing your electrical expertise. FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established building services and facilities management business with the recruitment of a Lead Electrician. Permanent, full-time position based in Cardiff, with regular travel to client sites as required. Salary Negotiable, depending on experience + additional benefits + company vehicle and fuel card Key Responsibilities Lead a two-person electrical team across planned and reactive maintenance works Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs and general maintenance Complete electrical testing, inspection and certification Undertake remedial works and minor electrical installations Diagnose faults and ensure issues are resolved efficiently Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements Complete relevant job sheets, test certificates and maintenance documentation Liaise professionally with site teams and client representatives Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service Skills and Experience Qualified Electrician with strong maintenance and fault-finding experience NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Testing and Inspection qualification such as 2391 or equivalent required Previous service, maintenance or facilities management experience would be advantageous Comfortable taking ..... full job details .....
