About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Engineer to join a permanent team in Dunfermline, working on a large-scale, high-profile commercial site. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of building services and electrical systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime and smooth site operations.

• Carry out inspections, testing, and certification in line with current regulations.

• Support the wider maintenance team with building systems and general facility operations.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and statutory regulations while maintaining high standards of work.

• Provide excellent customer service while working in a client-facing environment.

Requirements

• 18th Edition qualification (essential).

• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault finding and planned maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (desirable).
