Complete EICRs, inspection, testing and certification. Undertake remedial works, fault finding and diagnostics. Work on occasional commercial projects and fire alarm installation/maintenance. Travel across the South East with occasional nationwide work and overnight stays. Requirements for the Electrician ECS Gold Card (in date). City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent). Proven experience within social housing, including repairs, voids, EICRs and remedial works. Own hand tools. Full UK Driving Licence.
