Job Title: ElectricianLocation: South West / West LondonSalary: 45,000 (with overtime and weekend work available)Job Type: PermanentWe are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to work across a range of sectors including social housing, private properties, commercial sites, and office/school fit-outs.In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out installation work, reactive maintenance, and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). You will also be expected to complete remedial works and ensure all jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.Key Responsibilities:Carry out electrical installations across domestic, commercial, and social housing projectsConduct reactive maintenance and repair workProduce EICRs in line with current standardsComplete remedial works as requiredEnsure all work complies with health and safety and electrical regulationsWork independently and as part of a wider teamRequirements:Level 3 Electrical Installation (minimum)2391 Testing and Inspection18th Edition Wiring RegulationsAM2 (desirable)Proven experience across social housing, commercial, and private sector workBenefits:Overtime paid at time and a halfWeekend work paid at 50% of job value If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV or get in touch for more information.
