This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the view to becoming a permanent member of the team.The RoleWorking within occupied and tenanted social housing properties, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing, inspection, maintenance and minor installation works, ensuring all properties remain compliant and safe.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)Conducting testing and inspection of electrical installationsCompleting remedial works identified during inspectionsMinor electrical installation worksElectrical repairs and maintenance within domestic propertiesAccurately completing certification and compliance paperworkWorking within occupied and tenanted social housing propertiesEnsuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standardsDelivering excellent customer service when interacting with residentsRequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Essential)City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing (Essential)18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)Previous experience completing EICRs and testing and inspection worksExperience ..... full job details .....
