Job Title: ElectricianLocation: Loughton, Epping, Ongar and Bishop''s StortfordSalary: 40,000- 42,000 per annum + OTE up to 52,000 (including overtime and call-outs)Job Type: PermanentDaniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a growing team delivering electrical maintenance and repairs across social housing properties.The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic electrical works, including reactive repairs, fault finding, testing, remedial works and planned maintenance within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.The RoleCarry out domestic electrical repairs and reactive maintenance.Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.Undertake remedial works following electrical inspections.Carry out planned and responsive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes.Requirements for the ElectricianNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.18th Edition Wiring Regulations (can put you through if needed)City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) preferred.Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance.Full UK Manual Driving Licence.Benefits for the Electrician 40,000- 42,000 basic salary.OTE up to 52,000 through overtime and call-outs.Company van and fuel card.Long-term, permanent position.Ongoing training and development ..... full job details .....
