Maintenance ElectricianLocation: Wakefield Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Industry: Facilities ManagementWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider in Wakefield.Working as part of an established maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance across the contract. Electrical maintenance will be your core trade, although you may also be required to assist with other general maintenance tasks within your level of competence.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive electrical maintenanceElectrical fault finding, repairs and installation workMaintain electrical distribution and lighting systemsComplete maintenance records and NICEIC documentationUpdate jobs using PDA/tablet-based FM systemsEnsure work is completed safely and within contractual timescalesSupport other members of the maintenance team when requiredParticipate in the on-call rotaRequirementsNVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent18th EditionCandG 2391 or equivalentAM2 / AM2SCurrent IPAF / MEWP licenceMinimum 3 years'' experience in a similar rolePrevious maintenance experience within an FM environmentExperience with electrical distribution, lighting and fault findingFull UK Driving LicenceThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join an established FM contract in Wakefield, offering a ..... full job details .....
