This is a great role for a qualified electrician seeking long-term stability, progression and excellent earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing in social housing properties.Complete EICRs, remedials, fault finding, upgrades, first and second fix work.Work safely in line with BS 7671 and all electrical standards.Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.Maintain accurate job records and documentation.RequirementsLevel 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).AM2 qualification (Gold Card eligible).Experience in social housing, domestic maintenance, EICR testing or repairs (preferred).Full UK driving licence.Strong electrical safety and regulations knowledge.DesirableCity and Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection and Testing qualification.BenefitsCompany van + fuel card provided.23 days holiday + bank holidays.Private healthcare.Training, development and progression opportunities.Supportive team environment.
