Job Requirements:- Carrying out fault finding and responsive repairs on tenanted Social Housing properties. - Works include but are not limited to replacing MCB - circuit breakers, rewires, emergency and external lighting, switches, minor installations, shower repairs and replacements, smoke alarms, extractor fans, testing, inspecting and re-certification, certificating all works.- Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily. Qualifications requirements:- Qualified to 18th edition and AM2, preferably NICEIC registered NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation- (or equivalent) AM2, BS7671:2018 and 2391-52 (or equivalent).- Solar PV, EV Charging, battery storage and domestic ventilation.
