Salary: -43,000 - -46,500 per annum (based on qualifications & experience)

A Electrician is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Electrician role will involve carrying out maintenance and remedial, installation and testing works on occupied domestic properties.

Daily responsibilities of a Electrician are:

• Carrying out remedial works on domestic properties
• Carry out Installation works
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to oragnise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Electrician:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience of using a PDA
• Must have 18th edition
• Must have NVQ level 3
