Job Title: Electrician

Location: South West / West London

Salary: -45,000 (with overtime and weekend work available)

Job Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to work across a range of sectors including social housing, private properties, commercial sites, and office/school fit-outs.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out installation work, reactive maintenance, and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). You will also be expected to complete remedial works and ensure all jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installations across domestic, commercial, and social housing projects
• Conduct reactive maintenance and repair work
• Produce EICRs in line with current standards
• Complete remedial works as required
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety and electrical regulations
• Work independently and as part of a wider team

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical Installation (minimum)
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2 (desirable)
• Proven experience across social housing, commercial, and private sector work

Benefits:

• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Weekend work paid at 50% of job value
