This is a mobile role covering a property portfolio across High Wycombe.Responsibilities:Carrying out electrical installation condition reports (EICRs).Completing installations, servicing, repairs and partial rewires in domestic properties.Renewing showers, immersion heaters and pumps, including associated plumbing (essential).Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other compliance duties.Delivering a first-time fix service with minimal disruption to residents.Working independently across a mobile patch.Maintaining accurate documentation and job records.Following health and safety regulations and internal procedures.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations18th Edition (BS 7671)City and Guilds 2391-52 (Inspection and Testing)Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform included as part of the role package.25 days annual leave, increasing with service to a maximum of 30 days.Christmas closure in addition to your annual leave entitlementOption to buy up to 5 additional days of your annual leave each yearGenerous pension scheme with up to 10% employer contributions Annual performance bonus schemeEnhanced family-friendly leave, including maternity and paternity ..... full job details .....
