      <description>Location: Surrey | Salary: 220.00-220.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Job Title: ElectricianLocation: Projects throughout the South East, primarily between Dartford and Hampshire (preferred base: Croydon to Gatwick area)Salary: 220- 240 per day (Subcontractor) or 45,000 per annum (PAYE)Job Type: Permanent or SubcontractThe RoleCarry out day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.Complete EICRs, inspection, testing and certification.Undertake remedial works, fault finding and diagnostics.Work on occasional commercial projects and fire alarm installation/maintenance.Travel across the South East with occasional nationwide work and overnight stays.Requirements for the ElectricianECS Gold Card (in date).City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent).Proven experience within social housing, including repairs, voids, EICRs and remedial works.Own hand tools.Full UK Driving Licence.Benefits for the Electrician 220- 240 per day (Subcontractor) or 45,000 per year (PAYE).Paid hotel accommodation, food allowance and incentive when working away (If Permanent)Weekend overtime available.Long-term, consistent workload.Variety of social housing and commercial projects.If you are interested in hearing m...</description>
