      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: &amp;pound;19 - &amp;pound;21.50/hour Van and Fuel Card | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Electrician     Location: Swindon    Salary: -21.50 an hour w/ Van and Fuel Card    Job Type: Temporary to Permanent     Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, plus out-of-hours call-out rota    The Role    Carry out responsive electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding within occupied and void social housing properties.  Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.  Undertake consumer unit repairs, MCB replacements, rewires, lighting, smoke alarms, extractor fans, shower repairs and minor installations.  Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes.  Work in line with Health &amp; Safety procedures.    Requirements for the Electrician    18th Edition Wiring Regulations.  AM2 qualification.  NICEIC registration (preferred).  Full UK Driving Licence.
