Your work will directly contribute to supporting local communities and delivering a dependable, high-quality service that residents can rely on.Responsibilities:Carrying out responsive maintenance, cyclical works, refurbishment projects, void property repairs, and general servicing.Using a PDA or similar device to manage workloads, update job progress, and maintain accurate records.Diagnosing electrical faults efficiently and identifying the most effective and cost-efficient repair solutions.Ordering and organising materials as required to complete works.Completing all tasks in line with company standards, current regulations, and health and safety requirements.Delivering a professional, respectful, and customer-focused service when working in occupied properties.Participating in a rotational on-call rota to support emergency repairs outside normal working hours.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)City and Guilds 18th Edition ..... full job details .....
