Job Title: Electrician - Social HousingLocation: SouthamptonDay Rate: 230- 250 (Contract)We are currently seeking a qualified NVQ Level 3 Electrician to work on behalf of a leading social housing provider managing over 40,000 properties across the UK. This is a contract position covering the areas of Reading and Oxford.Key Responsibilities:Carry out Inspection and Testing for condition reporting (EICRs) on domestic electrical installationsInstall smoke and heat alarms in accordance with current regulationsPerform fault finding and diagnostics on existing circuitsUndertake consumer unit (CCU) upgrades and partial rewiresComplete reactive electrical maintenance within occupied and void propertiesEssential Requirements:NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation (or equivalent)BS 7671 - 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsLevel 3 Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent)Valid ECS Gold CardProven experience working in social housing or domestic electrical environmentsAdditional Information:Day rate: 230- 250, depending on experience and qualificationsContract role with ongoing workVan and fuel card may be provided depending on agreementImmediate start available Tags: Electrician,Electrical Tester,Social Housing,2391,18th Edition,EICR,Reactive Maintenance,Domestic Electrician,CCU Upgrade,Fault Finding ..... full job details .....
