Electrician – Social Housing (Permanent Role)

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established social housing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent benefits, working on behalf of a respected housing provider.

• Variety of electrical work in tenanted and void properties

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in domestic social housing properties
• Complete periodic testing and inspection reports (EICRs)
• Respond to reactive and planned works
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within social housing
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
