Electrician

We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Leeds area covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate. The role is a permanent position paying -33,100. Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week.

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing-maintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
Ideally 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Able to pass DBS
