Location: Talbot Green
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional Nights & Weekends Available)
Pay: £43k - £48k + £25 Night Shift Bonus

We are currently seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our growing team in Talbot Green. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-security industrial projects, including hangars and electrical door systems.

The role may involve international travel, so a valid passport and willingness to travel abroad is essential.

This is a full-time position with standard working hours and occasional nights and weekends available at enhanced pay rates, including a £25 bonus for each night worked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and connect electrical systems for large industrial facilities, including hangars and electric door solutions.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues as needed.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and complies with all safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Blue CSCS card – Essential
• SSSTS / Black card – Desirable (Earn a £25 bonus for each night shift worked with this qualification)
• Must be able to pass a DBS check and vetting process due to military site access.
• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.

Additional Info:
