Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Electrician for a Permanent role. This role will be working within social housing properties covering the Birmimgham-area.

The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

All candidates must have a Full Clean Driving Licence and relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical circuits for boilers and heating systems.

  • Connect and test control panels, thermostats, sensors, and safety devices.

  • Troubleshoot and replace faulty wiring, fuses, and components.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.

  • Collaborate with HVAC/boiler technicians and advise clients on safe operation.

Requirements:

  • Certified electrician with experience in heating systems or boiler installations.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 with AM2
  • C&G 18th Edition
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Experience working in Social Housing

Package:

  • Company Van and Fuel Card Provided
  • Permanent Role

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
