Electrician

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They have a vacancy for a qualified electrician to cover the Lewisham area carrying out Test & Inspections and EICR’s within domestic social housing properties.

The Role:

• Electrical installation testing within domestic social housing properties
• Produce EICR’s meeting the standards of NICEIC
• Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a qualified electrician
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3
• 18th edition Qualification
• 2391 or 2394/5 Test & Inspection
• Part P is desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)

The Package:

• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid at an hourly rate.
• Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
• Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 per annum
