Electrician

We''re seeking a qualified Electrician to join a team delivering maintenance and compliance works in social housing properties across Nottingham and surrounding areas. You''ll carry out EICRs, remedial works, and general electrical repairs in tenanted homes.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Carry out routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs in social housing
• Complete EICRs and ensure all work meets current regulations
• dentify and resolve electrical faults in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform remedial work following failed inspections
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with tenants and office teams

Requirements for the Electrician:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
