Job Title: Electrician – Kitchen Rewiring (Social Housing)

About the Role:
We are working on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering long-term refurbishment works within the social housing sector. They are currently looking to appoint a qualified electrician on a permanent basis to join their team, focusing on kitchen rewiring across occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out full kitchen rewires in line with project specifications and current regulations.
Install and test electrical components including sockets, lighting, cooker circuits, and extractor fans.
Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 (18th Edition) and health & safety standards.
Work professionally in both occupied and void properties, maintaining excellent tenant communication.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Complete all required certification and documentation accurately.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
ECS/CSCS card (preferred).
Experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Experience working in tenanted properties.
Asbestos Awareness certification.
