Electrician

Hours: Monday – Friday - Days

We are looking for a fully qualified electrician to join our team. You will be working across commercial sites, carrying out electrical and multi-skilled maintenance and ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities for electrician role:

• Electrical maintenance – high and low voltage
• Building services maintenance, lighting, alarm systems
• AHU and FCU maintenance
• Rewiring and power installations
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs
• Multi-skilled maintenance across sites

Qualifications needed for the electrician role.

• Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3)
• Ideally 2391 testing and inspection or equivalent
• Niciec or qualified supervisor / QS background
• Experience with 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations
• Maintenance experience in commercial environments, ideally with a service provider
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience a plus
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills and professional approach
