Electrician

The Role   
As an Electrician, you'll be crucial in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of various electrical systems across your patch. Your duties will include:

• Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work, such as emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and sprinkler system checks.
• Conducting thorough fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns and reactive work as needed to minimize downtime.
• Carrying out new electrical installations and project work when required.

  
You   
To be successful in this Electrician role, you'll need:

• An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• Current 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Proven experience in PPM works and a background in Facilities Management (FM).
• You must have your own tools.
• A strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
