£25 - £27/hour
We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a contract position with weekly pay and long term work available. This role consists of remedial, test and inspection works in tenanted and voids housing properties.
The Electrician will receive:
- Pay on hourly rate between -25 and -27.
- Long term contract work - up to 4 years
- Weekly pay
- Paid call out 1 in 3/4 weeks
- Pension scheme
- Company van & fuel card
- 23 days holiday & bank holiday - option to buy and sell holiday
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
- Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs
- Repairing MCB - circuit breakers, small electrical repairs, switches, recertification.
- Remedial work within void and tenanted properties
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device
